Paying
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. A government-issued photo ID and either a credit card or cash deposit are required at check in.
Cancellations
Book direct with us and you can cancel up to 48 hours before your arrival. If your plans change, please ring us as early as you can.
Arriving late or leaving early
Your booking covers the dates you reserve. If you arrive a day later than booked, or leave earlier than booked, the nights you reserved but did not use are non-refundable — this is standard across the industry. The 48-hour cancellation above applies to the booking as a whole, before you arrive. If your plans change, ring us as early as you can.
Breakfast
Continental $12 and cooked $19 per person, brought to your room in the morning. Order at reception the night before.
Extra guests
Extra-person charges apply beyond the rate's included occupancy — $20 per additional adult or child. We do not have rollaway beds or cots.
Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outside, away from doorways and windows.
Early check-in and late check-out
Both are available on request, subject to availability on the day. Just ask at reception or let us know when you book. Fees may apply.
Dogs are welcome, by request.
Only a limited number of rooms are pet friendly, so you must ask when you book — not on arrival.
- Dogs must be fully vaccinated. We cannot accept puppies.
- Under 15kg, and a maximum of two dogs per room.
- Dogs must be house trained, and on a lead any time they are outside the room.
- Never left alone in the room, and never left in a vehicle.
- Please bring your own pet bedding.
- A valid credit card is required at check in. Guests are liable for any damage, disturbance or additional cleaning.
- Assistance animals are always welcome and are not charged a pet fee. Certification documentation is required at check-in.
